What Does “Expected Restock”, “Out Of Stock” And “Sold Out Currently” Mean?

Here are the usual stock messages you can see on the product pages and their corresponding meaning;


In stock, usually dispatched in X business day” – We have current stock of the item and it usually is sent within the given days. If you are ordering multiple products that are packaged together then the highest number of business days will be the expected dispatch time.


Expected restock on 12th June 2015” This is the date of expected stock to arrive. This is an estimate and we do not guarantee that there will be stock available at this time. This date may change if we experience delays from our manufacturers.


Sold out currently” – We have no stock available and we cannot estimate the next shipment arrival date.


Out Of Stock” – The stock is sold out and we are not expecting to restock, usually this means we will stop selling this product.



Will I Get An AC Adapter For My Country?

Yes you will be provided an adapter to suit your country; you still need to be aware the product matches your local AC voltage. A 110V product will not work in a 240V country, a product labeled 110-240v or 240v product will. Please make sure you check the voltages on any electrical products you order.

When Will An Item Be Back In Stock?

The approximate date of restock is usually stated on the product page.

Do I Have To Pay VAT / Sales Tax?

Possible additional costs to you may include:
- Bank transfer charges,
- Paypal money upload charges,
- If you are re-selling (or drop-shipping) goods from DoomHall, Please ensure you are abiding by the tax (and other) regulations for selling goods in your home country and the destination country

How Can I Find Out About My Local Import Tariffs?

Every country is different; our advice is check with your local council, post office, or government tax department. A search online may provide the insight you need to find out what the tax is likely to be.
Can DoomHall Declare The Goods At A Low Value?

Sometimes, we will do our best to help you with import regulations. If you find out the import tax situation in your country, and you believe there are ways to minimize the taxes you have to pay, we are happy to follow your instructions regarding labeling, packing, declarations and invoices. Special requests can be made by explaining the situation using the online comments box during the checkout process.  Or, if you need advice about whether a particular declared value is possible before you pay, you should “contact us”. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what value is appropriate.


Why Was My Order Cancelled And My Payment Refunded?

Possible reasons for refunding money are:

- PayPal's account name and address do not match your order's shipping address, and there was no response when we contacted you.

- The products you ordered were out of stock. If we cannot contact you within 5 days after we receive your payment we will give you a   refund.

How Can I Trace My Order?

You can follow your order both during processing and after it has left our warehouse.

Processing: You can check the status in your order status page.

Shipped: Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there is the tracking information for your packages, as well as the website where you can trace your order. Tracking information is also available in your order status page.

Orders under $25 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code; you can estimate delivery based on the estimated delivery times chart.


Why Didn't I Get A Tracking Code?

Standard shipping offers great low rate shipping, however orders under $25 using standard shipping will not have a tracking code.
If you used one of our other shipping methods, or your order is over $25 using standard shipping, and you have not received a tracking code, check your order status, it may have not been shipped yet. You will be emailed the tracking code when the order is made.


How Long Will It Take For Delivery?

Total delivery time is split into two parts.

1. Processing time 1-2 business days normally: The time from when your payment is received to when we gather up all the items, do strict quality-control tests, and carefully package the items.

2. Shipping time 2-25 business days: This is the time that it takes for the package to be delivered by the couriers to the destination, this table shows delivery times for every shipping method and warehouse.

Out Of Stock Split Shipping: If an item is not in stock, when the order is placed, processing will not begin until it has arrived. If you order multiple items, the order will be shipped seperately, and items in stock will be sent first. Then when the others are in stock they will be sent separately to you.


Is Shipping Included in The Prices?

If the product's name includes 'free shipping', then you will not need to pay for shipping cost. Not every product has free shipping, and it also varies from country to country.

For products without ‘free shipping’ you need to use the online system to generate a shipping quote for your order. Please put the desired number of items in your shopping cart, and then click to the check out page. Can I Arrange Cash On Delivery?

Like most online retailers we do not offer any form of pay on delivery.  Pay for your orders in advance. There are 5 different ways you can pay for your orders.

Credit Card Payments

We can accept your payment with Credit card by Paypal.
Paying with Credit card
1) Choose your shipping address OR create a new one.
2) Enter your Card Details in Paypal form and click Submit.(Its not need to make registration in PayPal)
3) Your Payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your email inbox.


-  If you dont have account in Paypal, you don't need to make registration in PayPal.

PayPal Payments

Through PayPal, you can pay with credit card, debit card, or connected bank account. Once your order is submitted, you will be redirected to PayPal's page where you can make the payment.

1) Login to your PayPal account or use Credit Card Express.
2) Enter your Card Details, the order will be shipped to your PayPal address, and click Submit.
3) Your Payment will be processed and a receipt will be sent to your email inbox.
NOTE: Your order will be shipped to your PayPal address. Ensure you have selected or entered the correct delivery address.
